Having a business can be confusing, overwhelming, and just plain too much at times. How can you make the best choices for your business in the midst of all of that?
The best way I know is to have clarity about where you want to go.
The defining question that I ask business owners is, what impact do you want to have? We start with impact in the business, with clients and customers, and team members.
Then we go bigger.
What impact do you want to have in your field, in your community, and even in the larger world?
These questions are informed by a belief that the positive influence you have, the impact you have, is important. Who you are and what you do matters. Only you can have the impact that you have. And your business starts with you.
The Impact Manifesto is a call to action, for you and your business. It provides a great starting point of beliefs for defining your business around the impact you want to have.
