Ellen Duffield is the Director of the Leadership Studio at Muskoka Woods and the author of Brave Women: Building Bridges to Transformation and the recently released, The Brave Way. For over 30 years Ellen has held a special interest in how to create environments in which both men and women can thrive and much of her work and research has focused on this area. Ellen is also a mother and grandmother who loves to enjoy the beauty of Muskoka by snowshoeing in the winter and canoeing in the summer.
